3. Privacy Policy & GDPR

We designed ExodSync with a fundamental principle: absolute respect for your data (Privacy by Design).

3.1 Data collected by the website
The exodsync.com website is a static presentation site. We deploy no advertising targeting cookies and use no invasive trackers. The only analytical data potentially collected are anonymized traffic metrics managed by the host for security purposes.

3.2 Data processed by ExodSync software
The ExodSync application operates exclusively locally on the administrator's workstation. At no point does your users' data (names, surnames, email addresses, passwords) or Microsoft access tokens (MSAL Tokens) pass through our servers.

All API communications are made directly from your computer (Windows) to Microsoft's cloud infrastructure (Graph API).
As the project is Open Source, the absence of hidden telemetry or third-party data transfer can be publicly audited on our GitHub repository.

4. Intellectual Property

The "ExodSync" brand, the logo (3D Origami e-Sync Isotype), as well as the graphic charter and documentation, are protected by copyright and constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the M365-Manager project (i-DEPOT file).

The software source code is made available under the terms defined in the End-User License Agreement (EULA) or the applicable open-source license for the repository.
